Brick House Peril

Rookie reporter Genevieve Gautreaux determined that something untoward was afoot in the dark alleys of the thirteen ward. Too many young women had disappeared to be pure coincidence. Rumors of secret voodoo ceremonies all pointed to the same red brick house on DeVille Street. Her producer just rolled his dark eyes, but Genevieve knew she was right. She would show him! The ambitious reporter took a camera and went to investigate on her own. But not even the Cajun stories of her Paw Paw could prepare her for what she discovered. The intrepid girl became a sacrificial offering to the Dark One. Genevieve gulped. The fiends were even going to use her own camera to film the unholy rite. She had been sure that this was the story that would make her a household name. Being right was little consolation now.
