Kei Kishimoto is the foreign exchange student who lives with Susan MacDuff and wants to become a Danger Doll like Blue Belle. Kei comes from one of the nine clans and her Uncle Yugo trained her hard in ninja skills. Still Kei just can't seem to prove herself to Belle.
